I wanted to share an interview with new local artist Rashid Bousellam. He recently moved to Half Moon Bay from Morocco and just had a show of his work at the Enso Gallery in town. Typically his work has been detailed paintings in a naive style, but since moving here he has moved into assemblage using found objects. For Rashid art is not just about creating, it is also about healing.
